Alberta Advantage Immigration Program - Request for Reconsideration Fee
A fee is required to submit a Request for Reconsideration under the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP).
You may submit a request for reconsideration on the decision of your AAIP application if you meet the required criteria.
There is no guarantee a request for reconsideration will result in your application being re-assessed.
Please review the ‘What to do after you are nominated’ section for the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program stream you were nominated under on the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program website before paying the fee.
The Alberta Advantage Immigration Program Request for Reconsideration fee will be refunded by the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program only if the original decision on your application is overturned. Refund requests for Reconsideration fees will not be considered. The fee covers the cost of processing your request and is required whether your request is accepted or not.
You must submit a copy of the fee payment receipt with your application. If you do not include a copy of the fee receipt, your request may be delayed or declined.
If you do not pay the correct fee or fee amount, your request may be delayed or declined.

Select your registry agent. Registry agents offer registration, information and licensing services on behalf of government. The Government of Alberta is working collaboratively with registry agents to bring more government services online. You are not required to visit the selected registry agent.
