Notary Public Renewals
Pay the renewal fee and apply to be re-appointed as a Notary Public.
A receipt will be emailed to you once your payment has been processed. Please print the receipt and submit it with your renewal application as proof of payment.
The Ministry of Justice and Solicitor General administers the Notaries Public program for members of the public who wish to apply for appointment as Notaries Public in Alberta.
Refunds:
- In the event of an overpayment, you will get a refund in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Find a Registry Agent
Select your registry agent. Registry agents offer registration, information and licensing services on behalf of government. The Government of Alberta is working collaboratively with registry agents to bring more government services online. You are not required to visit the selected registry agent.
