Search and pay online for Land Titles data products such as registered survey plans, township images and soil capability information.
The Spatial Information System (SPIN2) application provides free access to anyone needing to search, view, or purchase Government of Alberta land related information or data products. For example, SPIN2 can be used to search for and purchase information on titles or create the Document Registration Request form required for Land Titles document submissions.
If you need to register a document, you can download the necessary forms and affidavits from the Land Titles website. To assist in completing the forms, each form contains a link to applicable section(s) of the Land Titles Manual. Please note, many of the forms are legal documents and if you are uncertain of the form to use or its effect on a title, legal advice should be obtained before submitting to the Land Titles Office.
Forms may be filled in online, saved and printed for manual submission at the Calgary or Edmonton Land Titles Office.
Find a Registry Agent
Select your registry agent. Registry agents offer registration, information and licensing services on behalf of government. The Government of Alberta is working collaboratively with registry agents to bring more government services online. You are not required to visit the selected registry agent.
