Commissioner for Oaths Appointments
Pay the new application or renewal fee to be appointed as a Commissioner for Oaths.
A receipt will be emailed to you once your payment has been processed. Please print the receipt and submit it with your application as proof of payment.
Please note, payment does not authorize you to sign as a Commissioner for Oaths.
The Ministry of Justice and Solicitor General administers the Commissioner for Oaths program for members of the public who wish to be appointed as Commissioner for Oaths in Alberta.
Failure to provide a receipt with your application will delay the process.

- In the event that your application is not approved, you will get a full refund in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
