    Returning 2015 pass-holders may choose to have the previous photo on-file reused. If you wish to have a new photo taken, or were not a 2015 pass-holder, leave this unchecked.

    NOTICE TO ALL USERS OF THESE FACILITIES.  EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY – ASSUMPTION OF RISK – JURISDICTION.  THESE CONDITIONS WILL AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE OR CLAIM COMPENSATION FOLLOWING AN ACCIDENT.  PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

    As a condition of use of the ski area facilities the pass holder assumes all risk of personal injury, death or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever including, but not limited to: the risks, dangers and hazards of collision or impact with natural or man-made objects or with other persons, negligence, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty of care on the part of Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park, Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Alberta as Represented by the Minister of Environment and Parks and it’s respective employees, instructors, guides, agents, volunteers, sponsors or assigns (hereby collectively referred to as “the Ski Area Operator”). The pass holder agrees that the Ski Area Operator shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death or property loss and release the Ski Area Operator and waives all claims with respect thereto.  The pass holder agrees that any litigation involving the Ski Area Operator shall be brought solely within the Province of Alberta and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the course of this Province of Alberta. The pass holder further agrees that these conditions and any rights, duties, and obligations as between the Ski Area Operator and the pass holder shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of this Province of Alberta and no other jurisdiction.


    Description

    The regular season pass is valid from November 19, 2016 to April 30, 2017.

    Skiers wishing to access Frozen Thunder or any other ski trail prior to November 19, 2016, must purchase a day ticket or an early season pass from the Canmore Nordic Centre Day Lodge.

    Pickup Instructions

    Passes will be available for pickup 24 hours after the time of purchase.

    Pick up your pass at the Canmore Nordic Centre Day Lodge. Bring a piece of photo ID that shows your date of birth and either a printed copy of your receipt or display the email confirmation on your smartphone.  A parent must be present to pick up a child’s pass.

    Information you provide to the Government of Alberta (GoA) is collected under the authority of Section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act and is managed in accordance with Part 2 of the FOIP Act.  Your name, date of birth, email, phone number and any comments you provide will be used by the GoA for the purpose of processing your purchase.  Your email address may be used to contact you to conduct surveys that will assist us to improve our products and services.

    Rules and Conditions

    A valid day ticket or a valid season pass card is required to be worn at all times while on ski trails. Failure to produce one will result in a fine pursuant to Section 3(b) of the Provincial Parks Act General Regulation.

    Refunds:

    • This pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.
    • You may return unused individual passes to buy a family pass within 2 weeks of the date of purchase.
