    Description

    The Lacombe Field Day features the latest research and results from Alberta Agriculture and Forestry's Field Crop Development Centre and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada's Lacombe Research and Development Centre. 
     
    Topics include:
    • varieties behind different malting barley flavours;
    • the new awnless spring triticale variety developed by FCDC;
    • pea leaf weevil impacts and management recommendations;
    • innovative FHB management;
    • applying bioinformatics to advance cereal breeding;
    • the impact of different seeding rates;
    • new barley varieties developed by FCDC;
    • using disease resistance to your advantage; and
    • pulse research and market updates.

    Rules and Conditions

    Refunds:

    • To get a refund you must provide a cancellation request to Erin Collier by July 18, 2018. We reserve the right to charge for individuals who do not attend.
    • Participants who can no longer attend the event can elect another individual to attend by submitting a written request to Erin Collier by July 18, 2018.
    • A full refund will be provided to the registered participant in the unlikely event that the organizers cancel this event.
    • Refunds will be issued through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
